Honored to Be Asked. Proud to Sign.
We were honored to be asked to sign the letter to U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai (cc: Greta Peisch) calling for changes to Trump’s North American trade deal—because working people deserve better. The letter came from the Citizens Trade Campaign, and by the time it reached us, 17 Indivisible groups and hundreds of other organizations had already signed on.
We saw some powerful names on that list. So, staying true to how democracy should work, we sent the letter to our members and asked for a vote.
✅ It was unanimous.
The letter has now been sent and publicly posted. Our signature is there—highlighted in blue, page 10.

A big thank you to Clayton from Trade Justice Education Fund for thinking of us and inviting us to take part in this important action. We appreciate the opportunity you gave our group to stand in solidarity.
Sidebar Rant (Because You Know Me)
We’re living in Idiocracy.
Not the funny parts. The terrifyingly real ones.
So, quoting Joe (before he’s Not Sure):
“Lead, follow, or get out of the way.”
We’re not asking anyone to get out of the way—unless harm is coming to them.
We need leaders.
We need followers.
We need action.
(And we’re proud to be taking it—like signing that letter to USTR on the USMCA you have just read above.)

Your turn.
