Thank you, Iowa, for showing up at the “Hands Off” protest that started in front of Zach Nunn’s office and ended at the Capitol building!

Just truly an amazing experience. I felt like it was just me and a couple of friends that felt this way. Thank you Iowa, for showing us we are NOT ALONE.

3k strong! That’s what I was told at the beginning before the march assembled. More trickled in as we marched to our state Capitol building. Supporters honked as we made our way.

People who didn’t like what we were doing held their horns down, like children, trying to drown out our voices. One such vehicle, was trying so hard to start a disturbance, a police SUV raced in between it and us, the protesters.

Thank you officer! Thank you DMPD, for allowing us to peacefully raise our voices, together as one!

Full disclosure: I have 500 images to go through from my camera. My memory card reader, I just found out, is no good. New one coming tomorrow. Will get the photos up in a gallery on it’s own page, once I have gone through and blurred out faces of those I didn’t obtain permission to share.

I am an Iowa transplant. I have HUGE pride today, for the people who were brave enough to stand our ground with our administration turned regime.
