Coming sooner than we think, the 2026 midterm elections, scheduled for November 3, will be pivotal in shaping the nation’s legislative landscape. All 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and 35 seats in the U.S. Senate (33 Class 2 seats and 2 special elections) will be contested. These elections will determine the balance of power in Congress and, by extension, the trajectory of key policies affecting healthcare, education, economic equity, and civil liberties.
