Indivisible Ames September Meeting
When: Monday, September 15th, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM Where: Ames Public Library, Farwell T. Brown Auditorium
Join us for our September meeting. We have a lot to discuss and plan, and we need your voice and energy! This is a great opportunity to get involved, meet fellow community members, and help us build a more just and inclusive Ames.

Agenda:
- Braver Angels Event: We’ll discuss hosting a Braver Angels event. This would be a fantastic way to foster open and respectful dialogue within our community, bridging divides through conversation. Co-Sponsored with Ames Public Library Workshop Scheduled for 11/02/2025, Ames Public Library, Details to Come!
- Welcome ISU Students: Welcome new and returning Iowa State students and find ways to get them engaged with our work.
- Ames PrideFest – 10/11/25: We will have a booth at PrideFest. Ideas to support the LQBTQ+ community are welcome!
- No Kings Rally – 10/18/25: Details To Come.
- Planning for the Future: We will brainstorm and begin planning future actions, including potential rallies and mutual aid events to support our neighbors.
- Legislative Updates & Action Items: Get the latest updates on key issues at the state and national level and learn about concrete actions we can take right now to make a difference.
