Welcome to the Rescue Our Democracy Events Calendar—your go-to space for upcoming rallies, town halls, community meetings, volunteer opportunities, and more. Right now, we’re spotlighting events happening across Iowa and SW California, where our movement is rooted and growing strong. But democracy doesn’t stop at state lines. If you’d like to help maintain an events calendar for your own state, we’d love to connect! Reach out to us at volunteer@rescueourdemocracy.com to get started.

Weekly WERESIST Protests Perry
Join the Longest-Running Weekly Protest in Iowa!
Every week in Perry, community members gather at the iconic big bicycle art installation (corner of Willis Ave & 1st St) to raise their voices and show that WE RESIST. This weekly protest has become a symbol of unity, persistence, and hope — with turnouts topping 100 people at times.
Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, your presence matters. Together, we remind leaders that we’re watching, we’re speaking out, and we’re not going away.
